Aftermarket Services help customers to manage the flow of goods from customers back to distribution centers.

Reverse Logistics (RL) and Service and Spare Parts Management (SSPM)

Reverse Logistics manages the flow of surplus or obsolete raw materials, finished goods, or equipment back to a PA managed warehouse(s) to be reused, recycled or disposed.

SSPM are solutions to support the management of critical or time sensitive aftermarket parts on behalf of customers including the network of forward stocking locations and centralized replenishment warehouses. Return and repair, product exchange, replacement, and spare parts distribution can be included.
